Data from forms

When you submit our contact or volunteer form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, organization and message.

We use this only to respond to you and provide the services you ask for. Submissions are stored in our administration system and may be forwarded to our internal messaging (Telegram) and CRM tools to handle your request.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer.

Google sets cookies and processes a truncated (anonymized) IP address. Analytics does not run until you accept cookies in the banner.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie that remembers your consent choice, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics only after you accept.

You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
